Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.


Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will:

  • Cover the return shipping cost, or accept the return in-store

  • Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to the customer


Non-Defective Returns

If you return an item that is not defective:

  • You may return it to us by courier (shipping cost paid by customer)

  • Or you may return it in-store at no additional fee

No restocking fee applies to any return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refund processing time is up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
