We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will:

Cover the return shipping cost, or accept the return in-store

Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to the customer
Non-Defective Returns
If you return an item that is not defective:

You may return it to us by courier (shipping cost paid by customer)

Or you may return it in-store at no additional fee
No restocking fee applies to any return.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refund processing time is up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
